To install I-beams, support beams and columns to support new trusses, in a former 1885 settlement building located in Lannon, WI

To bring in a crane to set the beams, columns, and trusses.
The K-Kom building was originally a townhouse, and was to be converted into a commercial property for the marketing company. It needed to be completely gutted and structurally reinforced. Erin Crane Rental was hired by K-Kom to complete this project in 1995.
The crane was not only used to set the beams, columns, and trusses, but also to install the furnace onto the roof, bring product onto the roof, help with the masonry on the side of the building, assist with setting the windows, and more.
